 Is a structured and intensive level of care that caters to individuals with mental health or substance use challenges who seek support while still allowing them to live at home and maintain work or school commitments.

What to expect in IOP?

In an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), you can expect a comprehensive treatment plan that includes individual psychotherapy, medication management, weekly support groups, group therapy, and participation in AA or NA meetings. These programs incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and more.

Conditions Intensive Outpatient Care Can Treat

  • Alcohol and substance use disorders

  • Anxiety disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)

  • Co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions

  • Trauma-related disorders

  • Depression and other mood disorders

  • Eating disorders

  • Complex medical and behavioral health conditions

  • Those who are transitioning from a higher level of care and moving into full independent living

Our service

Treatment services run for 8-12 weeks and led by well-trained addiction professionals. Treatment services may include:

 

  • Psychiatric evaluation and monitoring

  • Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

  • Individual psychotherapy twice a week

  • Group therapy twice a week

  • AA or NA 5 days a week

  • Case management

  • Psychoeducation groups & Family C;ass

  • Random Alcohol and Other Drug Monitoring

  • Nutrition/wellness activities
