Intensive Outpatient Program
Is a structured and intensive level of care that caters to individuals with mental health or substance use challenges who seek support while still allowing them to live at home and maintain work or school commitments.

What to expect in IOP?
In an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), you can expect a comprehensive treatment plan that includes individual psychotherapy, medication management, weekly support groups, group therapy, and participation in AA or NA meetings. These programs incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), and more.
