Pharmacogenomics
We use GenoMinds and GeneSight genomic testing to tailor medication selection and dosage in order to minimize side effects. Our tests cover the MTHFR gene, which is important for regulating neurotransmitters and homocysteine. Our precision medicine improves the diagnosis and management of psychiatric disorders.
Substance Abuse/ Alcohol Treatment
We offer outpatient and in-home detoxification services for substance and/or alcohol withdrawal. Our approach includes pharmacotherapy as well as alternative therapies, such as the NSS-2 bridge, which is FDA-approved for opioid detox. Additionally, we provide in-office treatments such as sublocade, esketamine nasal spray, vivitrol injection, and long-acting injectable treatment (2nd generation antipsychotics).
